Information collected

Kyoka Forge collects information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, account details, order details, saved addresses and email marketing choice.

When you use the contact form, Kyoka Forge receives your name, email address, selected reason, message and any order number you choose to provide.

Payment card details are entered in Stripe Checkout and are not stored by Kyoka Forge. Basic device, browser, IP address, session and security records may be processed to run the site, protect accounts and prevent fraud.

How information is used

Information is used to operate customer accounts, process payments, fulfill and track orders, send transactional messages, answer support requests, prevent abuse and meet tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Marketing email is sent only after an explicit opt-in. The choice is never preselected. Every marketing message provides an unsubscribe path.

Service providers

Information is shared only as needed with the services that operate the store: Lovable and Supabase for hosting, data and authentication; Stripe for payment, tax and fraud checks; Shippo and carriers for fulfillment and tracking; Resend for transactional email; and Resend for opted-in marketing email.

Kyoka Forge does not sell customer personal information.

Retention and choices

Orders and line-item records are retained as financial records. Account, address and marketing information is retained while it is needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Marketing data can be removed on request, subject to records that must be kept for legal or accounting reasons.

Support and contact messages may be retained while the request is being handled and when a record is reasonably needed for order support, fraud prevention or legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. To make a request or ask a privacy question, email contact@kyokaforge.com. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed, and some records may be retained when required by law.

Security and international processing

Kyoka Forge and its service providers use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards for personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Because the store ships worldwide and uses providers that operate internationally, information may be processed outside your state, province or country under the safeguards used by those providers.

Cookies and updates

The site uses necessary browser storage and secure cookies for carts, sign-in sessions and security. Stripe and other service providers may use their own necessary technologies on the pages they operate.

If you allow analytics, Kyoka Forge uses a first-party preference cookie and a temporary random session identifier to measure unique visits and store conversion. The analytics record contains session timestamps, landing and current page paths, and a page-view count. It does not contain your name, email, IP address, account identifier, user agent or a device fingerprint. Declining analytics does not affect shopping, checkout or account access.

With that choice, optional product-view, cart and checkout observations may also be recorded. Permitted campaign tags and the referring site name can be captured at checkout; full referring URLs are not stored. A signed paid checkout can associate the temporary session with its order reference for measured conversion. These new browsing records are pseudonymous and expire after 30 days. Declining removes the stored optional browsing records for the current session; financial order records remain separate.
