Shipping rates

Available shipping destinations and charges are shown at checkout.

International shipping is calculated at checkout using the destination and available carrier services. The selected rate is shown before payment.

The available destination countries appear during secure Stripe Checkout. A destination may still be unavailable when carrier service or local law prevents delivery.

International orders

International parcels ship with accurate item descriptions, country of origin and tariff codes. Import duties, taxes and carrier fees charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient.

International parcels that cannot be delivered are instructed to return to sender.

Processing and tracking

Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. A shipping confirmation is sent to the email used at Checkout after a label is purchased. It includes the carrier and tracking link. Carrier scans determine the delivery status.

Delivery dates shown by a carrier are estimates. Weather, customs, address problems and other carrier delays can affect the final arrival date.

Factory flaws and arrival damage

Returns are accepted only for a factory flaw or when a product arrives with substantial damage, including significant dents or heavy scratches. Contact contact@kyokaforge.com within seven calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

Do not install, use or send the product back before receiving written return instructions. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Approval begins the return and inspection process; the final remedy is confirmed after inspection. We confirm who pays each shipping direction and the quoted amount in writing before payment or mailing. Where permitted by applicable law, customer-paid postage uses a separate secure payment link. Payment does not itself create a label. International returns require individual arrangements, and your applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Fitment and exchanges

Kyoka Forge is not responsible when a customer orders the wrong size or fitment. Review the product options and your vehicle requirements before placing the order. An incorrect size selection is not eligible for a return or refund.

An exchange request may be considered at Kyoka Forge's discretion when you contact us within seven calendar days of delivery. Approval is not guaranteed. If approved, the item must be uninstalled, unused and in its original condition. Exchange instructions and any shipping costs are confirmed in writing before anything is mailed.
