Products and fitment

Product descriptions, materials, measurements, finishes, compatibility and images are provided so you can choose the correct piece. Mirror-polished and hand-finished surfaces may show normal individual variation.

You are responsible for confirming the correct size and fitment before ordering and for installing the product safely. Kyoka Forge is not responsible for an incorrect size selected by the customer. Stop using a product if it is damaged, loose or installed incorrectly.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping and tax appear before payment in secure Stripe Checkout. Submitting payment authorizes the total shown there.

An order is accepted after payment is confirmed and Kyoka Forge sends an order confirmation. Inventory can change during Checkout. If a pricing, stock or product error prevents fulfillment, the affected order may be cancelled and refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping and international charges

Delivery dates are estimates from carriers and are not guarantees. Kyoka Forge is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, incorrect customer information or events outside reasonable control.

International customers are responsible for destination duties, taxes and carrier fees. The full shipping and return process appears on the Shipping & Returns page.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are limited to products with a factory flaw or products that arrive with substantial damage, including significant dents or heavy scratches. You must contact Kyoka Forge within seven calendar days of delivery and provide the order number and clear photos. Products must not be installed, used or returned before written instructions are provided.

Ordering the wrong size or fitment does not qualify for a return or refund. Kyoka Forge may consider an exchange request at its discretion when it is made within seven calendar days of delivery. Approval is not guaranteed, and approved items must be uninstalled, unused and in their original condition.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep account credentials private and provide current, accurate information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use Kyoka Forge content without permission.

Site content and responsibility

Kyoka Forge owns or licenses the site design, copy, photography, product designs, marks and other content. The site is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or order that caused the claim.
